Description
The Green Mountain Sugar Maple is heat tolerant and does well in dry restricted sites. The leaves are thick, leathery dark green and covered with a waxy coating. This maple will maintain its color in dry windy summer weather. This tree likes well drained soil. In the fall the foliage turns a pretty orange to scarlet color.
